ONE REASON WHY Norfolk Southern large scale derailments happen. A MUST listen

This little exchange is the product of 120 years of Union / Rail Road Worker / Rail Road Management disfunction. But this "disfunction" is expensive, dangerous, and is the "Root" reason for PSR and may have been the root cause of the horrific Palestine Derailment. A little common sense applied along with the realization because of the continual conflict; Management's response is to eliminate their dependence on the work force, especially the Union work force. The dilemma for the Republican "Free Market" type and Left leaning Dem's is obvious, the dysfunctional nature of that relationship they have fostered is now demonstrably dangerous. The typical old school Republican wants the Management to have free reign over their business. The Socialist Democrat wants power over all including businesses and their workers, central control of all things. By pitting the Union against who they see as political obstacles AND their vision has in fact driven the railroad industry to go to things like one man crews and PSR ....and the results are obvious for anyone who is willing to look. In the most ironic of all twists, the "central" control model leftist crave is on display as the railroads attempt to achieve that very thing....
