The Credibility of Seymour Hersh Story on "Who has Dunnit" rest on one thing and one thing only... and that is the credibility of Seymour Hersh and his career.
Unfortunately Seymour is Old School and I do not think he is up to date on the available new technology, e.g. tracking of vessels and aircraft. That is were the fault lies.
