Cherry Blossom Delight!

It’s now cherry blossom time in my front yard,
and for their presence I have upmost regard.
Their regal beauty brings such grand delight
as they rule their kingdom both day and night.

As each newborn bud does gracefully unfold
the pristine sight is exquisite to behold.
Strollers that pass by are immersed in their scent.
They go on their way at ease and quite content.

Butterflies flutter and join with buzzing bees
as they cavort with blossoms in the sweet breeze.
Gathering nectar and pollen’s their mission
to prevent an onset of spring’s remission.
