John Wick Chapter 4 has opened with a nearly $140M estimated global box office this weekend, a franchise BEST and nearly DOUBLE the TOTLAL box office haul of the first John Wick film back in 2014.

With an estimated $100M production budget and what is almost certainly to have a very lucrative post theatrical sales window on PVOD and physical media, this will be a very profitable outing for Lionsgate.
