Word on the street is that he may or may not have squandered the money his family gave him for college on gambling and online poker. Allegedly, people in jail with him claimed Phildo tried to play himself off as a hotshot in prison when he was in for bad checks and bank fraud-gambling, playing poker, and promising to put money on the books of other inmates when he got out. According to them, he was bragging, name dropping, and making up more stories about special connections. Typical Phildo.
