BOOTLICKER SIDES WITH COP OVER HIS KID, Manager targets citizens

officer Rovella from willimantic pd. lies, doesn't know basic laws, and thinks they are exempt from everything. gave me a parking ticket the other day, which the pd says their officers don't do, that's why they specifically have a parking guy. but gave me a ticket and when I arrived he ran to his car and took off. honestly, I thought it was someone else. so he didn't give the other car a ticket though they were there for hours, and still was there when I left town. I just want to know why I got a ticket and the other car didn't, and I can't see to het an answer from him
