Mannion Middle School do gooder

Apparently, this lady is confused as to what the speed limit is around mannion middle school. I understand the feelings in this area, I am heartbroken about the young man who was killed by a reckless driver in front of the school. But that's no me. I'm following the laws. This lady is completely wrong and infuriating. I muted a lot of the video due to relevance and my choice of words to this dolt.
