Making Myself Sick, Hair Growth, and Exciting Plans! | Let's Talk IBD

Today, I share about the two mistakes I made when it comes to taking care of myself. Unfortunately, it led to some severe nausea again and some crazy heartburn! You'd think I would learn my lesson, but I know I will make mistakes again in the future that will impact my health!
