In England, you are not supposed to write something off as a business expense if you derive a personal benefit from it. An only fans creator in England was able to claim breast implant surgery as a business expense because it increased her earnings. She went from $12,000 a month to $34,000 a month. She claims she would not have gotten the surgery if it were not for OnlyFans. The BBC article identifies her as 29 year old Rebecca Goodwin of Derbyshire.
