Operation Sandman?

In the U.S., we're told Operation Sandman is just a rumor. This operation revolves around 100+ nations around the world agreeing to stop taking fiat U.S. dollars, and to initiate it on the same day world-wide. The Universe was asked if this operation is valid and soon to occur as well as other insights and information the Universe wishes to share.
