Queensland Housing Crises

The Queensland government is introducing a higher level of price controls which will lead to more shortages, making the government driven crises worse.
Trevor Rawnsley from the Australian Resident Managers Association suggests a bureaucrat decides what private citizens can do with their property regarding short term accommodation, if he gets his hair brained idea into legislation, the crises will be even worse.
