That's perhaps one of the most popular fascist marches amongst the Fasci di Combattimento, aka Blackshirts, which were the peacemakers and official paramilitary branch of the PNF and later PFR
Usually this song was never fully sung, leading to many different lyrics and a version which sings "Terror of the communists" after "Oh Fascists, to arms!" which I pray to God to find someday.
