This video was created to showcase the future views from the actual building heights and highlight the area attractions; which is the most popular and trendy building site in San Antonio, the Historic Pearl District. Our client needed an array of video, stills and integration of rendered concept art to create a visualization of the building in the area as if it already was built. This building as a multi-use residential unit with 14,000sqft shopping space on street level. It will be a premier destination for many in the area as the high design and attention to detail has been the cornerstone of the project. We at Bloojay worked very closely to craft this video to showcase both the quality of the build and the allure of the area which includes the world famous Hotel Emma, historic Pearl Brewery, and the Culinary Institute.
