Trudeau's Pick to Investigate Chinese Interference David Johnston - Could he Possibly be Impartial?

PM Justin Trudeau has picked David Johnston to be the “special rapporteur” to investigate interference in the Canadian elections. David Johnston is a family friend of the Trudeaus. He also is a member of the Trudeau foundation, of which removed him from their website recently. He is also a big fan of the Communists over in China, having made a number of friendly visits with the dictator there over the years.
Could he Possibly be Impartial?
