Was Fujifilm X-H2s Active Cooling An Afterthought?

Fujifilm seems to have not learned from Canon's EOS R5 mistake!

I'm hoping the rumors about the Fujifilm X-H2 / X-H2s are wrong because this is unlike Fujifilm.
