Should women hear the HEARTBEAT before ABORTING?

Before having an abortion, women in Hungary are required to listen to the heartbeat of their fetus. This resolution was passed by the Hungarian government in 2022. In this discussion, six people in Pécs, Hungary consider the merits of the new law. The participants offer diverse viewpoints on the ethics of abortion, including a mention of the “baby Hitler” dilemma. The emotional impact of hearing the fetal heartbeat is used as an argument on both sides of the claim.
