Why use smelling salts?

As someone who isn’t a regular user, it helps having some of the best powerlifters in the world at Tigerfitness Gym to provide feeback.

We have two options:

Tiger’s Blood: Enough to get the most out of your lifts. It will get you amped up to hit your PRs and make every workout a great one!

Tiger’s Piss: This is the most advanced, most hardcore smelling salt there is. The first time that I used it, I deadlifted 703x2 after a back workout and I have never even done that fresh! It SHOCKED me!

Why use smelling salts?

Smelling salts are used as a quick and powerful stimulant to help increase alertness, focus, and energy levels. The ammonia in the smelling salts can cause a reflexive inhalation, which can lead to a rapid increase in heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing rate. This can help lifters get into the right mindset and physical state to lift a heavy weight, especially when they are feeling fatigued or unmotivated.

My recommendation? Get both. On normal training days use Tiger’s Blood. When you want to do something extra special, use Tiger’s Piss.
