A leader who focuses on consistency when no one is looking, is a leader who has learned to find peace in any circumstance and to genuinely cope with the harsh realities which plague them, both personally and professionally. A great leader, mentor, coach, pastor, or counselor will also possess the skills to serve as an early warning beacon for those they lead. The leader will recognize the signs of a storm coming and employ tested strategies for redirection, remedy and heart healing help.
