In this video we're finally going to play the one game Ryan from Castlemania Games has mocked us to play. It's time for Demon Sword for the NES!
From the get-go I didn't quite understand the game. I mean the cover looks like something out of Conan the Barbarian but the gameplay feels more like something out of feudal Japan. It really was interesting that you can basically jump past the entire level just to get to the end boss. And those end bosses are tough, with 1-hit kills and the need to hit them a bazillion times. I do wish it had a life bar of some type for the bosses honestly.
