The program urges Walmart employees to move toward "collective action" and encourages the development of a new "anti-racist identity" for white individuals as they ascend the "ladder of empowerment for white people."

However, Walmart's own leadership does not reflect the company's commitment to inclusivity and diversity, with only one of its nine top executives being non-white. Some critics are questioning the effectiveness of Walmart's approach, as it categorizes all white individuals as inherently privileged and supremacist rather than promoting genuine understanding and equality between all races.
