The Dark Side of Youtube

On this episode of Into The Fire, we talk about the darker side of Youtube.

Our first story is about Randy Stair, AKA Youtuber Andrew Blaze. Shortly before 1:00 a.m. at the Weis Supermarket in Eaton Township, Pennsylvania, 24-year-old Randy Stair barricaded the exits of the store and proceeded to shoot and kill three of his co-workers before fatally shooting himself.

Our second story is about Youtuber Mr.Anime, Trey Sesler, who became well known for helping kickstart the anime community on said platform back in 2006. March 20th, 2012 Sesler murdered his mother, father and brother. He had plans of committing a school mass shooting before the police caught him.

Our third and final story is about growing number of Hybristophilia videos on Youtube. Hybristophilia is a paraphilia involving sexual interest in and attraction to those who commit crimes. In this case, serial killers.
