INGREDIENTS ( makes 2 large )
360 grams shrimp ( 12.69 oz )
2 ciabatta breads
1 chopped small onion
2 sliced medium tomatoes
2 minced garlic cloves
80 grams sliced butterhead Lettuce ( 2.82 oz )
25 grams diced celery ( 0.88 oz )
10 grams butter + extra for bread ( 0.35 oz )
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice ( 9.85 ml )
2 tablespoons olive oil ( 29.57 ml )
1/8 teaspoon salt ( 0.28 grams )
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.29 grams )
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper ( 0.29 grams )
1/8 teaspoon oregano ( 0.12 grams )
1/8 teaspoon thyme ( 0.11 grams )
1/8 teaspoon basil ( 0.08 grams )
1/8 teaspoon paprika ( 0.28 grams )
SAUCE
200 grams mayonnaise ( 7.05 oz )
55 grams mustard ( 1.94 oz )
1 teaspoon pickle juice ( 4.92 ml )
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce ( 9.85 ml )
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice ( 9.85 ml )
3 teaspoons sriracha sauce ( 14.78 ml )
1/4 teaspoon paprika ( 0.57 grams )
1/8 teaspoon salt ( 0.28 grams )
1/8 teaspoon onion powder( 0.30 grams )
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder ( 0.19 grams )
1/8 teaspoon oregano ( 0.12 grams )
1/8 teaspoon thyme ( 0.11 grams )
1/8 teaspoon basil ( 0.08 grams )
1/8 teaspoon parsley ( 0.20 grams )
1/8 teaspoon chili flakes ( 0.22 grams )
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger ( 0.22 grams )
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg ( 0.27 grams )
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper ( 0.29 grams )
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.29 grams )
INSTRUCTIONS
.in a bowl add 200 grams mayonnaise, 55 grams mustard
.add 1 teaspoon pickle juice, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
.add 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, 3 teaspoons sriracha sauce
.add 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 teaspoon salt
.add 1/8 teaspoon onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
.add 1/8 teaspoon oregano, 1/8 teaspoon thyme
.add 1/8 teaspoon basil, 1/8 teaspoon parsley
.add 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
.add 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
.add 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, mix well & set aside
.in a pan on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 10 grams butter
.once heated add 2 minced garlic cloves & cook for 1 minute
.add 1 chopped small onion & cook for 1 minute
.add 25 grams diced celery & cook for 1 minute
.add 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon oregano
.add 1/8 teaspoon basil, 1/8 teaspoon thyme
.add 1/8 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 teaspoon salt
.add 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper & mix well
.add 360 grams shrimp & cook for 2 to 3 minutes
.slice each ciabatta bread in half & butter both sides
.place in oven grill for 2 to 3 minutes
.spread some sauce on to toasted bread
.layer on some sliced butterhead lettuce
.layer on some sliced tomatoes
.spoon on shrimp mixture
.drizzle on some more sauce
