City Attorney for Sherwood speaks for hb1726, a bill that end FOIA

A hearing regarding HB1726, a bill that would eliminate The Arkansas Freedom of Information Action (FOIA) was held in Arkansas House State Agencies Committee.
Several people spoke against the bill that among other things allows government officials to avoid FOIA under the threat of any litigation.
