How to Use the Help America Vote Act to Eliminate Machine Counts of the Votes

Does your state required ID to accompany every mail in ballot? If not, they are violating HAVA.

Does your state contact you prior to counting and casting your vote, if there is a problem with the machine count of your ballot, if you are a mail in voter? If not they are in violation of HAVA?

Did you know that HAVA has minimum requirements that the States must comply with in order to use the machines to count your vote?

Did you know that We the People have a mandated Administrative Process in which we can file a grievance/complaint if there are violations of HAVA that have occurred, are occuring or may occur again if not remedied?

I suggest that each and every one of us send in Complaints to our Elected Officials and tell them to Comply with HAVA or no more machine counts.

Ultimately, we need to get rid of these machines counts altogether. There is no way to out vote or out harvest or out advertise our way into victory for the Constitutional Republicans.
