Is Your Camera Set To Loser Priority Mode Or P For Pro?

Why do some photographers insist that you must shoot in your cameras M) Manual Mode Setting and NOT in "Loser Priority" or Fully Auto?

Do you really need to shoot in M) Manual Mode to be creative?
Do you need to learn how to shoot in M) Manual Mode?
Do you understand how ISO, Shutter, and Aperture affect each other?

What camera modes are you normally shooting in and why?
