INGREDIENTS
🍃500gms boneless chicken cubes
🍃 8-10 Almonds
🍃 Half cup Yogurt
🌱3 tbsp thick cream
🍃3 green chillies
🍃 1 tsp garlic paste
🌱3 tbsp cheese( mozzarella or cheddar)
🌱1 tbsp soy sauce
🍃 1 n half tsp salt
🍃 1 tsp black pepper
🍃 1 tsp oregano
🌱Half tsp red chilli powder
🍃 1 tsp garlic powder
🍃 1 tsp Garam Masala
🍃 1 tsp cumin & coriander powder

Method

Blend almonds, yogurt, cream, green chilies, garlic paste, cheese, soy sauce together into a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl,add all the mentioned spices, mix, add chicken pieces and marinate. Thread the chicken on skewers . In a pan add 4 tbsp oil and grill for 12-14 mins, keep changing sides until nicely charred. Sprinkle some cheese on top and cover for 2 mins at low heat until it melts, and they are ready. Enjoy with naan ,roti or rice😎

📌You can bake them or air fry them at 200c for 20-25minutes. Keep flipping in between and brush some oil for a nice finish.
