Employees beat up woman outside store

Employees of a San Jose California Grocery Outlet, kick, slap and punch the woman while on the ground. A source says the woman was claiming she fell in the store. Unsure what lead up to this situation or if there is previous interactions with this woman. One thing for sure is there is absolutely no company policy that allows employees to do this. What has our society come too? Should they be fired?
