Easy Way To Say No

Is there an easy way to actually say, I don't want to do this without upsetting them. So I guess some of it is, NO, Well, it's empowering to say it, and you actually can.

So it kind of depends on the circumstances. So if you really don't want to,
then just be honest, you know, I'm really sorry. My business has exploded. I really don't have the capacity right now. I would love to, but I just don't have the capacity. I wouldn't do right by you. Is there somebody I can refer to you?

That's always a really great way to say no gently. If you have it in your back pocket, other people that do the same or similar work that serve different clients or that have the capacity.

You know what? I'm really sorry. I wanna help you and I just don't have the capacity, but I have a couple of recommendations for you that I can give you some names and number of people that might be more able right now to help you.
