4th Declaration of Default - DERELICTION OF DUTY - March 30, 2023

This is our 4th Declaration of Default. The current governor/socialist/dictator has abandoned his Constitutional duty and been found derelict. This is one of the many reasons that California is self-destructing the way it is. New California State 51 has the solution. We the People of New California will be able to elect a legitimate Governor and provide a split-state solution that Restores a "more perfect union" of states.
