EYES...KNEES...& GO !!! THE JKD WAY !!!

JKD Sifus Raymond Bray of Haltom City and Mike Goldberg of Keller, Texas welcome y'all to another "JKD Old Fart Friday Night Session"!!! TONIGHT, you'll learn a basic JKD Attack By Combination ( ABC ) for self defense that is simple and effective!!! First, you'll execute a backhanded finger flick to the eyes ( keep your fingers relaxed and loose ) from a non-aggressive pose we call "The Thinker". You'll then sidekick your attacker's knee while using it as a "springboard" giving you the additional momentum to run away !!! We hope you'll NEVER have to use it, it you do, do it with feeling !!!
