Group of totally not insane people went to the Kentucky Capitol because they believe it is the right of children to get life altering surgeries that cut off genitals, create extra holes that have no function, and cut of breasts in addition to chemical castration because It is the Childs Right. Its not like they cant still do that after the age of 18 when they are considered adults.
