How to cook small Scallops.

This scallops dish has it all!!!Real family enjoyment time.
An amazing salad ,with a very tasty rice and of course perfectly cooked scallops.

Ingredients
Scallops:
454 gr. Scallops
2 pinch garlic pouder
1 pinch salt
2 pinch pepper
1 pinch paprika
1 pinch oregano
2-3 table spoon olive oil
2 pieces butter
some parsley

Rice:
1 1/2 cup of rice
4 1/2 cups of chicken legume broth
2 pinch salt
1 lemon juice

Salad:
1/2 lettuce
1/2 red pepper
1/2green pepper
3 scallions
1/2 cucumber
1 carotte grounded
3 table spoon olive oil
2 pinch salt
