Can you believe it's been a year since #Carnivore75Hard started? This video got me very nostalgic.

I will always have a special place in my heart for #Carnivore75Hard. The community challenge took over my life for 3 months and while I was reading emails, messages and posts for hours a day, it changed my life. (over 5,000 members participated, maybe more).

Your heartfelt shares, emails and 5 component pictures, moved me to tears (often).

The community lives on with new classes all the time and they are supported in the private #Carnivore75Hard facebook group.
