Where did they dig this guy up? Watching and listening to Joe "Pedo" Biden and his handler on a hot mic, made me realize that this dried-up old bastard has gone full retard. He looked like a child with Down Syndrome being led away from the daycare for his trip to the zoo. Considering the tremendous stress this job entails, does anyone still believe that this vintage ball sack is really running things in D.C.?
