The Key Of Depression

I use to think I am depressed because I thought there is no purpose to live!
But now I say that was GOD teaching me through the darkness! first I need GOD's presence and second need to do my part and keep doing it!
The point is movement!
If you don't move, sadness will appear and eventually becomes depression!
If you keep doing you will be suffering and pain appears and eventually becomes strength!
