It now looks like that will happen -- she is expected to present an award. She is a close friend of Elvis' family, particularly Lisa Marie Presley, and even spoke at Elvis' funeral. After some discussion, it seems like she will be attending. As she seeks to make a new start, the royal has been spending much of her time in America of late with Prince Andrew, her estranged husband.
