Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DIE) programs discriminate against individuals and are ineffective at promoting fairness and impartiality. The current federal mandates to create DEI teams to “distribute everything equally”, except votes, is hypocritical; it’s a dangerous practice to allow politics to override merit.
