Today’s update from behind enemy lines

Is regarding the court case which I argue too today 31 March 2023 at the city court of Aalborg, this case was regarding a traffic violation from September 2020

the actual violation running a red light, so nothing of any seriousness and yet the actual event that took place was highly coerced, by the state and its intelligence agency PET, using the synthetic telepathy communications system to cause chaos by, coercing the other people who were, in the same traffic as me, which inevitably made me and many others at the same time run a red light.

It took two years and six months for the case to be heard by the court that in itself is a direct violation of article 6, of the European human rights Convention in regards to a speedy trial. And yet the court mentioned nothing off this in the court record, despite following jurisprudence as presented by me in this case.

I claimed that my violation should go unpunished under the criminal statute § 84 Nr. 4. Because the situation was coerced, secondarily I claimed that the imposed fines and court fees should be abandoned because of the unreasonable time that had transpired before the case was heard by the court, which was followed.
Needless to say, the court did not wish to hear me speak about the public social and political persecution of me Stephen Bell however the court was forced too, despite their attempts to cut me off because I am fairly versed in the Danish law and practices.

So to no one’s surprise, the court has in its court record made a complete whitewashed of it! they have practically cut out the entirety of the actual proceedings, are replaced it, with their own little narrative of what took place, and practically all of my made arguments and statements to the court, have all been cut out of the court record, and again replaced with some puny and bullshit narrative, regarding the police manipulating the lights, which has not even remotely been proclaimed by me or anybody else! and the prosecutor’s office who did not object to my second claim, that the fine should be thrown out, has been given all of the credit, even though I am the only one who argued, that the court fees and costs should be abandoned, which they have been.

So, you see they do not wish to have the court records reflect in any way shape or form what actually took place, especially in regard to my competency, while at the same time to some extent following my secondary claim, so the whole thing is very peculiar to say the least.

So now as I predicted in this video, I have to contest the wording of my supposed statement which the court has falsely laid out in this court record, obviously complete in sync with the intelligence agency PET.
