Clean Water & Property Rights

A healthy environment doesn't need to be a liberal dog whistle. Nature is good for you, a clean environment is good for you, and is entirely consistent with individual property rights. In fact property rights are really the only solution to major polluters. Regulatory agencies are ineffective and corrupt and hurt businesses rather than help the environment.
