President Joe Biden’s energy policies have put “Americans last,” Rep. Barry Moore, R-Ala., says. The Daily Signal spoke with Moore during an event on Capitol Hill Wednesday to discuss H.R. 1, or the Lower Energy Costs Act. Moore and his Republican colleagues argue that the bill would lower energy costs across America.

H.R.1 passed in the House on Thursday and now heads to the Senate for a vote. Moore argues the bill helps to correct some of Biden’s harmful energy policies.
