The only real plot advancements were learning Vadic's story about Project Proteus and her taking control of the Titan. Tuvok's a changeling. Jack probably is, too. Jack can flirt telepathically with Geordi's daughter, and Robo Picard will weigh the moral implications of how they fight the changelings later—when he has some spare time. S03E07 Dominion was the worst episode of the season, and Raffi wasn't even in it!
