The left immediately wants to blame guns and ban assault rifles.
The right says we should have armed security in schools.
I want to talk about Evelyn Dieckhaus. In fact, I want the name Evelyn Dieckhaus to be known by everyone in the United States.
When the deranged psychopath starting shooting in the small Christian school, Nine-year-old Evelyn Dieckhaus lost her life because she ran to pull the fire alarm.
Evelyn Dieckhaus showed more courage in that moment than most adults. A nine-year-old girl didn't run or hide. Her first thought was to summon help and save lives.
The name Evelyn Dieckhaus and the story of her bravery is what we should all talk about, so please say her name and share her story.
