Walk on over to Jabu-Jabu, the great fish lord thing that the Zora worship… Anyway, there isn’t much to do, but if you talked with some of the Zora down below, one of them will tell you to bring a fish offering. Whip out the fish in the bottle I told you to snag earlier and lay it on the ground, which will cause you to be inhaled. Well that’s something you can write home about, no?
