By establishing these “Departments (Ministries) of Education” and the state run schools the secular power has sacrilegiously usurped the Divine Authority of the true Roman Catholic Church and has in fact violated the sacred and inviolable Rights of the Church, of this true Divine Institution Roman Catholic Church, and this crime is nothing less than a direct heretical establishment of a secular government oversight over the consciences of men, which means the liberty of conscience is subordinated to the force of the secular law (which is null and void and very evil) to the will of non-Catholic evil element, heretics and infidels, and in this age atheistic communist criminals...and God WILL repay it !
