Canon VIXIA HF R800 , Platinum Accessory Mount, & tikysky Powered Microphone Review - Part 1

This video series reviews the Canon VIXIA HF R800 HD Camcorder, tikysky powered Microphone, & Platinum - Foldable Camera Accessory Mount.

My old Canon VIXIA camcorder stopped working and I with the replacement I wanted better sound particularly doing something about wind noise.

Part 1 examines the Canon Camcorder, the Platinum Foldable Camera Accessory Mount, and the tikysky Powered Microphone.

Part 2 reviews some more features of the Canon Camcorder & the mount and then demonstrates the operation of the microphone on a windy day. I compare the sound with the camcorder microphone, the tikysky without any cover, the tikysky with the foam cover, and finally the tikysky with the "dead cat" cover.
