According to rumors, Kathleen Kennedy will possibly announce her retirement at Star Wars Celebration, which kicks off next weekend. The rumors of her demise at Lucasfilm have been around for years, so we'll believe it when we see it.

But about this "What If..." scenario, if Kennedy walks, what then? What needs to happen next?
