Noel Rodriguez Alvarez was reported missing from Everman Texas to CPS on 3/20/2023. Everman PD currently have no leads and his family has since fled the country with it being reported he hasn't been physically seen since November 2022. Remaining here are his three other siblings and grandmother. His mother and step-father fled to India with the other 6 children.
