Hamburger Stroganoff | Quick and Easy Dinner Recipe

Today the menu is for a hardy traditional dish on a budget, so we’re going economical and preparing...hamburger stroganoff.

We say it time and time again...but it is so essential. Do as much prep work as possible before bringing the ingredients together. It makes the workflow go so much easier.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to feed four to six adults:

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1-1/4 ground beef hamburger
1 large sweet onion finely chopped
1-pound sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
4 cloves of fresh garlic finely chopped
1/4 dry white wine
2 cups unsalted beef stock or broth
2 tablespoons of powdered beef bouillon
3/4 cup of sour cream
3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
12 ounces of egg noodles
3 to 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
