April’s Cupcake of the Month: Almond w/ Rasp Filling!

Come by 1317 Pecan Ave in Charlotte to try our cupcake of the month! No almond extract here. My almond cupcakes are made with real almond flour and amaretto. The cupcakes are filled with raspberry compote and topped with Swiss meringue buttercream. The best part: I hand paint an orchid with palette knives on each one.
