Firearm Deaths

Jake discusses how firearm deaths aren't a very meaningful number without knowing the reason for those deaths. Most firearm deaths are from suicides. Isn't the real problem then suicides? Mental health? And why doesn't the media show us the full data, parsed out by cause of death and next to how many lives guns save? Shouldn't we see all of that data together on one screen to be properly informed?
